Karen joins Torch Group from Jo-Ann Fabric & Craft Stores, where she spent six years as a senior business partner focused on talent acquisition and recruiting. Prior to that, Karen spent four years as a human resources business partner with the Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where she managed talent, succession planning and employee relations, supporting the Global Engineering, Communications, Supply Chain, Human Resources Groups and the North American Blimp Operations. Before Jo-Ann and Goodyear, Karen spent several years as a talent acquisition manager in the banking and financial services sector. Prior to that, she focused on transportation and logistics for more than eight years.
