CLEVELAND, July 23, 2018 – Torch Group, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Guillaume Muller-Greven to manager of client solutions.
He joined Torch in October 2016 as a search operations specialist. He contributed to database research and management and candidate assessment. In June 2017, he started to transition into a sales and business development support role.
“Guillaume is a great ambassador for what makes us unique, continues to demonstrate that his capabilities are limitless, is always up for a challenge, and has contributed significantly to our growth over the past few years. Clients also appreciate the level of service he provides,” said Ronald S. Torch, President and CEO, Torch Group. “He will continue to work directly with me and Ryan Musarra, our vice president of client solutions.”
In his new role, Muller-Greven will concentrate on developing and implementing new business and sales plans, strategies, and processes, while building an ongoing pipeline of qualified prospects and executive search assignments. As manager of client solutions, he is responsible for building relationships with existing clients as well as developing new client relationships to increase search assignments, contributing to TGI’s business development strategy and execution, and creating, managing, implementing, and measuring client service standards.
Muller-Greven began his career with recruiting and project-management experience with the Entrepreneurial Learning Initiative and Alexander Mann Solutions.
His promotion was effective July 1, 2018.
