Associate Retained Search / Sourcer

Job Description
Torch Group, the leader in customized marketing talent solutions and multiple Weatherhead 100 recipient, is looking to immediately engage 1-2 Retained Search Associates/Sourcers on a temp-to-hire basis to recruit on the recent influx of new search assignments. You will work closely with our managing partner to deliver qualified candidates for our retained searches, marketing projects and interim and consulting assignments for Fortune 1000 companies across North America.

Key responsibilities include direct phone sourcing, identifying candidates in databases and social media, finding and producing resumes online, evaluating applicant resumes and screening for the best candidates. You will be well versed in the latest technologies and be able to use the best recruiting methods available.

Other responsibilities include assisting with candidate research, reference checks, handling candidate phone calls and email inquiries and scheduling interviews.

You possess an outgoing, self-motivated sales personality, enjoy engaging people and building relationships, working in a team environment and have a success-driven personality. The ideal candidate will be internet and technology savvy, inquisitive, self-motivated, intelligent and flexible. You must have a Bachelor’s degree plus 3-5+ years of related recruiting experience.

Experience / Education
• Bachelor's degree. • Experience in corporate or agency recruiting. • 3-5+ years sourcing and recruiting experience. • Marketing, communications or advertising experience a plus.

Skills / Characteristics
• Competency in sourcing and qualifying candidates. • Outstanding sales, phone presentation and written communication skills. • Proficient in outlook, databases, internet and social media. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple searches.

Compensation / Benefits
Hourly Rate plus Bonus on each Job
