Ryan joins Torch Group from NineSigma, Inc. where he spent the last seven years as Director of Business Development, responsible for identifying, engaging and acquiring new clients for the company as well as advising client innovation strategies and supporting global relationships.

Ryan comes to Torch Group with nearly 20 years of sales and business development experience, having worked for organizations including UBS Financial Services, Inc., Morgan Stanley, and Jade Sterling Steel. In his role, Ryan will concentrate on developing and implementing new business and sales plans, strategies, and processes, while building an ongoing pipeline of qualified prospects and executive search assignments.
