Beth Anne Dowell, a staffing specialist with Torch Group, Inc., for (2 years), is promoted to Talent Acquisition Executive for the firm. Previously, Dowell was with Robert Half International offices in Cincinnati. She holds a BA degree from Wittenberg University in Springfield Ohio.
