  • Initial Candidates - an early submission of candidates will be presented to see what the marketplace yields and give us an opportunity to fine tune our targets.
  • Behavioral Interviewing - one of our senior partners will further evaluate the best 8-10 candidates through a 1 hour in person or Skype interview.
  • Final Candidate Slate - a slate of 3-5 finalists that are fully vetted will be presented with write-ups of their insights and an assessment of their fit and potential within your company.
  • Guarantee - we conduct all background checks, references and assist in crafting an offer letter as well as guarantee any hired candidate for 6 months.
