Industry Research - targets companies in same/similar industries and identifies potential candidates with the right skill sets and experience.
Direct Sourcing - seasoned recruiter approaches passive candidates with our opportunity and assesses initial fit and interest through a 30 minute phone screen with 15-20 candidates.
Access to Talent - your job is posted on the Torch Group Career Center, our social media sites, and exposed to our proprietary network of sales and marketing executives.
Initial Candidates - an early submission of candidates will be presented to see what the marketplace yields and give us an opportunity to fine tune our targets.
Behavioral Interviewing - one of our senior partners will further evaluate the best 8-10 candidates through a 1 hour in person or Skype interview.
Final Candidate Slate - a slate of 3-5 finalists that are fully vetted will be presented with write-ups of their insights and an assessment of their fit and potential within your company.
Guarantee - we conduct all background checks, references and assist in crafting an offer letter as well as guarantee any hired candidate for 6 months.
